Rental Information

• 1 hour: $30
• 2 hours: $60
• Half Day (2+ to 4 hours): $80
• Full Day (4+ hours): $150
• HOA meeting rate: $30

A security deposit is collected in addition to rent. The security deposit is equal to your rental rate (ie. if rented for 2 hours than the security deposit would be $60).

All funds raised through rentals are used for improvement of the center and community.

• Alcohol is not allowed
• Chairs and tables must remain inside the building and be set back to their original positions.
• Renters are responsible for clean-up and set-up and should rent the building with enough time to do both.
